检察机关对诉讼活动的法律监督是《宪法》和法律赋予的重要职责。全面强化侦查监督、审判活动监督以及执行和监管监督,必须建立健全完善的监督机制,除了建立与相关司法机关的沟通、制约机制外,还必须建立健全检察机关内部各职能部门之间资源共享、信息互通、职能互补的诉讼监督工作新机制,这是增强诉讼监督效果,提高法律监督能力重要途径。
