新生儿先天性成骨不全一例

<正> 成骨不全症(Osteogenesis Imperfecta)是一种遗传性全身结缔组织障碍所致的疾患。由于骨质脆弱而易引起多发性骨折,在法医学鉴定中需与外伤性骨折区别。本文报告一例法医学鉴定的先天性成骨不全。

FORENSIC PATHOLOGIC ANALYSIS OF A CASE OF CONGENITAL OSTEOGENESlS IMPERFECTA IN NEWBORN

A case of congenital osteogenesis imperfecta in newborn is reported.The new-born Was a male of one day old.His mother was beaten on abdomen in the 8thmonth of pregnancy.The matured baby was delivered normally Via vagina but diedon the next day.The local medical examiner had identified that‘The limbfractures of the baby was caused by the violent blunt injury.’Autopsy and X-ray film examination disclosed that the baby's long bones werebent and shortened with thin cortex,and the pathologic long bone fractures ofdifferent age were seen.The histologic examination showed dysostosis.The pathologic bone fracture of the fetus is easily caused by the uteruscontraction which may be correlated with the mechanical injury.The conclusionis that the newborn suffered from congenital osteogenesis imperfecta with multiplepathologic bone fractures.The pathogenesis and differential diagnosis of congenital osteogenesis imperfectaare discussed.
