| Abstract: | China s entry into WTO has an all-round and deep influence over its society.lt noonly advanced China s judicial procedure, improved the level of judicial construction, but made a great impact on the prison system. Under such circumstances, We should carry out the value reform and idea investigation , so as to build brand-new systems of law and prison management which can meet the demand of WTO. |
