| 摘 要： | 诱惑侦查是刑事诉讼中一种特殊的侦查手段，是我国犯罪侦查理论研究上的一个全新领域。诱惑侦查虽然在实践中大量存在，但我国现行法律无力制约诱惑侦查，其合法性一直颇受争议。从犯罪侦查的发展趋势来看，诱惑侦查是值得研究的一项具有重大理论和实践意义的课题。应首先从分析诱惑侦查的概念入手，探究诱惑侦查的合法性，进而提出构建我国诱惑侦查法律体系的设想。

| Abstract: | Luring investigation is a special method in criminal law and a new field in crime investigation theory research. Although luring investigation exists a lot in practice, its validity is doubted all the time because of un-perfect law. From view of the trend of development, luring investigation is an important theory and practical issue which deserves research. First, we should analyze its concept and research its validity to raise the assumption of constructing luring investigation law system. |
