| 摘 要： | 党员领导干部加强党性修养,树立和弘扬优良作风至关重要.党员领导干部要把握加强党性修养的基本规律,突出党性修养重点,探索其基本途径.领导干部的党性修养可概括为五个方面,即:加强政治修养,坚定理想信念;加强理论修养,提高实践能力;加强作风修养,密切联系群众;加强纪律修养,维护团结统一;加强道德修养,保持高尚的精神追求.
