| 摘 要： | 高校人事管理仍存在着一些严重问题,造成这些问题的原因有传统思想、内外部制约因素、管理理念的滞后等。为此,高校要树立人力资源管理的理念,并进行相应的人力资源管理实践,为改革创造内外部的适当条件,以提高人事管理的效率。
