| Abstract: | The ideological and political work of trade unions in hospitals is an important part of ideological and political work in hospitals. Developing ideological and political work is the duty of trade unions and a researching problem of studying and discussion. Strengthening ideological and political work of trade unions in hospitals should solve actual problems for doctors and staff members in hospitals around the central task, strengthen democratic management and educational function of hospital culture. |
