| 摘 要： | 本文依据双因素理论,结合北京市社区专职工作者的现状,以座谈、访谈和问卷的形式进行了调研。通过调研发现社区专职工作者激励机制的相关问题,从而尝试性地提出建议,希望能对社区专职工作者激励机制的研究有所贡献。
