| Abstract: | In recent years, economic crimes have been on the increase among all the crimes. Judicial accounting as an important technique to combat economic crimes should not be neglected. The present operating environment, to some extent, limits the function of judicial accounting. Therefore, it is necessary to establish positive operating environment for judicial accounting to combat economic crimes. |
