论现代公共服务型地方政府的建设

GDP是衡量一个国家国民经济发展规模、结构和效益的重要指标,在我国得到了十分普遍的应用,是各级政府制定经济发展计划的目标和依据。但是,盲目追求GDP总量和高速增长带来了许多问题,影响了我国经济和社会的全面、协调、持续的发展。因此,本文分析了其带来的问题和超越GDP,构建公共服务型地方政府的必要性,探讨了超越GDP,建设公共服务型地方政府的具体策略。

Constructing Public-Service-Local-Type Government

GDP is an important point that measures the national economy scale,structure and results of a country.It is used widespread,and becomes the economy aim and basic of many governments.However,pursuing GDP and its velocity blindly leads many problems.As a result result,economies and society of our country have not developed overall,harmonically and continually.So,this paper analyses its problems to find the reasons why our country needs to transcend GDP and construct public service government.At the same time,this paper analyses how to transcend GDP and construct public service government.
