| 摘 要： | 和谐是社会主义发展的必然趋势,促进和谐法治是构建和谐社会的重要内容,也是构建和谐社会的重要条件,只要我们实现了立法、执法和守法的和谐,也就实现了法治的和谐。因此,要把构建社会主义和谐法治的理想变为现实,必须满足三个条件:一是立法的完美;二是执法、司法的公正适当;三是守法的和谐。

| Abstract: | Harmony is an inevitable trend of the socialism development,and to improve the development of harmonious rule of law is one key parts of constructing harmonious society,an important element to make efforts on harmonious society as well.As long as we achieve the great harmony in legislation and law enforcement,we can achieve harmonious rule of law as well.Therefore,in order to translate such ideal into reality,we must try to do: 1.Perfecting legislation;2.Just law enforcement;3.Compatible obeying the laws. |
