| 摘 要： | 开发区经过20多年的开发建设和体制创新,现形成了多元化的比较符合各地各级各类开发区实际的管理体制、开发模式和运行机制。总结开发区体制创新的历程,我国开发区管理体制呈现出由经济功能区向新型行政区转型的发展趋势。广东湛江开发区东海岛新区应借鉴各地先进经验,不断创新管理体制。

| Abstract: | After over 20 years' development and system innovation in the development zone,various practical management systems,development models and operation systems have come into being.Considering the conclusion of the system innovation process in the development zone,the management system in China's development zone has displayed a trend of developing from economic function to new administration.The Donghai Island development zone in Zhanjiang,Guangdong,should use the advanced experience from other places for reference,and innovate the management system continusously. |
