| 摘 要： | 秦统一以后,在全国范围内建立起了严密的中央集权制度。从此,建立和巩固中央集权的君主专制就成为中国封建王朝全部法制活动的起点和归宿。本文简要分析了秦朝中央集权制度迅速瓦解的原因,以期获得对秦朝中央集权制度的深刻认识。

| Abstract: | Qin dynasty established the strict centralization system in the national scope after its union.From then on,to establish and consolidate the centralization with absolute monarchy becomes the beginning and the ending spot to the complete legal system activity in the Chinese feudalism dynasty. This article briefly analyzed the reason which Qin Dynasty's centralization system rapidly disintegration,to obtain profound understand the centralization system of the Qin Dynasty. |
