| 摘 要： | 在思想政治教育工作中,正面的、显性的教育和外部的灌输一直以来都是我们工作的重心。这样就使思想政治教育工作失去日常化和潜移默化的效应。在社会转型的新时期,思想政治教育工作要更多地注重从人格的和人的心理的角度来深化和培养,以此来加强人格教育作为思想政治教育的基础的作用。
