关于高校体育课教学方法创新的研究

经过多年高校体育教学，我们在重新审度构成体育课诸要素的同时，努力寻找高校体育教学改革的核心要素。进而提出只有重新认识教学方法，顺应高科技时代发展的需求，对教法进行不断的研究创新与设计，才能达到深化教改的目的，才能最有效地提高高校体育课的质量，使之成为高校体育向多元功能转化的突破点。
