| 摘 要： | 当前绑架勒索案件呈现出犯罪主体团伙化、犯罪手段智能化、犯罪地点跨区域化、被害对象多元化等新特点。处置该类犯罪时应在了解案情的基础上,制定合理的应急处置方案,实战中要在保持人质安全的前提下,采取多种手段侦破案件,从而有效打击此类犯罪活动。

| Abstract: | In current,the kidnapping cases appear new characteristics: the subject of crime become gangs,the crime means become more intelligent,the crime areas rang different regions,the victimization objects become diversification.In the handling of such cases,we should understand the details of cases and make reasonable emergency response plans.In the actual combat,we should use various investigation measures to crack down crimes effectively on the premise of the saf-ety of hostage. |
