But loft personality is for leaders to cany out efficient leadership, hence, the leader's personality accomplishment is of great significence. Only when the leader improves his own quality, attaches importance to the technique of leadership, develops his surpassing talent, and brings his model into play etc.in order to improve his own personality accomplishment,can he become an excellent leader. |
