WTO金融服务贸易法律制度

金融服务贸易的主要障碍可能是各国国内有关金融的法律、法规和制度。金融贸易自由化必须以稳定健全的金融体制为基础 ,因此要进行逐步的金融体制改革。但改革并非放松管理 ,而是要加强国内法规的规范作用 ,即要建立完善的、同时是透明的防范规则和监督制度。

WTO Legal System of Trade of Monetary Service

Domestic laws, rules and regulations and systems concerning monetary admisistration and risk prevention in various countries have been the main obstacles of the trade of monetary service. Liberalization of monetary trade must be based on stable and perfected monetary system, which therefor should be reformed gradually. However, reform does not mean regulation loosening. On the contrary, the regulationg role of domestic laws and regulations should be strengthened, which means the establishment of perfect and transparent prevention rules and supervision system.
