| Abstract: | In the past 40 years, guizhou ethnic studies has published 272 academic papers on ethnic law, including 17 academic papers on the history of ethnic legal system, 78 academic papers on ethnic department law, 85 academic papers on ethnic legal theory and 90 academic papers on ethnic customary law. This paper summarizes the research achievements of the legal system history, the department law of nationalities, the jurisprudence of nationalities and the customary law of nationalities. |
