司考真题在行政法教学中的运用研究

Study on the Application of the Original Paper of National Judicial Examination in the Administrative Law Teaching

Judicial examination is one of the main concerns for law students. If the original paper of national judicial examination was introduced in the process of the administrative law teaching, it would not only enhance the law students’ learning interest in administrative law, but also provide a path understanding the phenomenon of the real administrative law. On one hand, the application of original paper of national judicial examination in administrative law class can be an effective tool for building law students knowledge system because there is no uniform code of administrative law, which is so difficult for the students to fully grasp the contents. On the other hand, as administrative law is a rule system constructed in modern times and it is not a spontaneous product, using the dissecting type of analysis in the original paper of national judicial examination can cultivate students' special thinking way of Administrative law. Finally, it is necessary to say that there must be a good design to use the original paper of national judicial examination in the administrative law class-teaching.
