| 摘 要： | 目前,实施东北老工业基地振兴战略的条件和时机已经成熟。紧紧抓住有利时机,通过 制定特殊的产业发展政策、产业组织政策、产业技术政策和产业援助政策,加快东北老工业基地调整、 改造和振兴,将会在新一轮国际分工与竞争中形成又一个增长极,大大推进我国工业化、现代化进程。

| Abstract: | The conditions and opportunities for implementing the strategy of revitalizing old Northeastern industrial bases are currently mature. Seizing this favorable opportunity and speeding up the adjustment, renovation and revitalization of old Northeastern industrial bases through making special industrial development policy, industrial organization policy, industrial technology policy and industrial aid policy will help form another growth pointing the new round of international division and competition and will thus greatly advance the process of China' s industrialization and modernization. |
