侦讯特征与教材编写

摘    要:侦讯概念的界定,应抓住其区别特征。结合现行侦讯教材中有关讯问主体、讯问对象、讯问目的与任务等问题,需要批判性地探索侦讯的实质性定义,由此论及侦讯的区别特征以及侦讯教材编写中的相关问题。要从现有教材的问题中,找到廓清侦讯理论迷雾的聚焦点,探索侦讯活动及其教学活动规律,寻求编写侦讯教材的实践途径。

Abstract:In order to make a definition of the concept of investigation and interrogation,we should single out and tackle the principal characteristics.Connecting with the interrogated subject and objective,we need critically probe into the essence of the concept of investigation and interrogation.Therefore,we should find out the theoretical focus of interrogation and explore the objective law of courses from the teaching material in order to seek practical ways of compiling teaching materials.
