| Abstract: | Ruling a state by law and morality" is a new type of notion of ruling a state which adapting to the socialism with Chinese characteristics. The inner identity of law and morality and the development of socialist market economy have laid a solid foundation for ruling of law and morality. To promote the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, one must persistently adhere to this new strategy of ruling a state. |
