| 摘 要： | 公安民警长期处于高风险、超负荷的工作状态中,承受着多方面的心理压力。公安民警有效驾驭压力,正确调节情绪,坚持终身学习,不断实现人生跨越,公安机关积极实施心理健康工程,是促进公安民警心理健康的有效方法。
