浅议农村土地流转的动力

农村土地流转的影响因素是多方面的，动力是刺激土地流转发生的影响因素，本文从农民、资本、中央政府、地方政府和村民自治组织等不同主体的不同利益进行分析，得出各影响主体的不同利益追求，得出其在土地流转中的不同诉求，结合传统土地制度的稳定剂作用，最后得出减慢土地流转速度的建议。
