| 摘 要： | 2008年《政府信息公开条例》的实施对我国政府信息公开具有重要的促进作用。然而，在实施过程中却面临公开范围不明确、公开方式滞后、监督和保障不力等难题，严重阻碍了政府信息公开工作的开展。对《条例》实施所取得的成绩和存在的不足深入分析是政府信息公开有序、健康发展的基石。

| Abstract: | The Government Information publicity regulations for the implementation of the government information publicity of China has an important role in 2008.However,it has faced some problems,such as the public scope unclear,open mode unreasonable,supervision and protection deficiency,Which hinders the government information disclosure work seriously.Therefore,the analysing the "regulations" to implement the achievements and shortcomings is the cornerstone of government information disclosure developing orderly,healthy. |
