论风险社会视阈下社会信任道德危机的破解

在现代化的社会转型时期出现了较为严重的社会信任道德危机,其实质是传统道德范式向现代化道德范式转换过程中的断层所导致的道德信念危机。厘清当代中国社会转型时期道德危机的实质并分析其建构的困境,有助于从根本上认识和应对当前的信任道德危机。消除社会信任道德危机是一个系统工程,必须从加强公民共同的价值观教育、建立和完善制度信任机制以及提升政府公信力入手,以实现社会的和谐发展。

The Relief of Moral Crisis in the Risk Society as the Domain

There appears a quite serious moral crsis in the period of modernization and social transformation whose essence is the crisis of moral belief caused by the fault from the process in which the traditional moral paradigm transforms to the modern moral paradigm.It’s helpful to understand and cope with the current moral crisis radically by recognizing the essence of the current moral crisis in the period of social transformation in China and analyzing the plight of its construction.The elimination of the crisis is a system engineering,so we must strengthen Civic education in shared values,establish and perfect the mechanism of institutional trust and enhance the credibility of the government,so as to lay a foundation and show a direction for a long moral construction.
