| 摘 要： | 运用个性特征做出鉴定结论 ,必须把握住个性特征的三个基本特性 ,同时 ,要注意确认个性特征的基本方法。个性特征的发展往往可以起到“以一当十”的作用 ,它是笔迹鉴定的关键性特征 ,也是正确定案的基本条件。笔者认为 ,对鉴定所依据的笔迹特征进行探讨是十分必要的。

| Abstract: | To draw a conclusion of identification accordin g to individual characteristics, 3 essential characteristics have to be paid atten tion to. Meanwhile, how to confirm the characteristics is an important point as well. Individual characteristics are vital for handwriting identification and ne cessary to give correct judgment. So the author believes that it is essential to have a research on handwriting characteristics. |
