| 摘 要： | 可持续发展作为一种科学的发展观,是21世纪全人类能持续、均衡、协调、理性发展的必然选择。经济法调整具有社会公共性的经济管理关系,并以维护社会公共利益为其首要价值目标。本文以经济法的本质属性和价值目标为视角浅析可持续发展的核心思想。
