社区志愿服务的政策与法律支持系统

社区志愿服务的社会支持系统是对社区志愿服务活动的肯定、支持以及由此而形成的经济资源、志愿者资源和服务设施体系、政策、法律法规、精神激励、舆论环境的总称。本文对我国社区志愿服务方面的相关政策进行了梳理，分析了我国现行法律、法规对社区志愿服务的支持与不足，探讨了社区志愿服务的立法原则与内容。
