试论我国区际私法问题

香港、澳门回归祖国后,中国将成为多法域的国家。在中国大陆涉港、涉澳的民事、商事关系中,必然会发生法律冲突,需要解决法律适用问题。为此,就应当制定中国区际私法。从中国实际出发,研究制定中国区际私法的迫切性、中国区际私法立法应遵循的原则、中国区际私法应包含的基本内容等问题,具有十分重要的现实意义。

Some thoughts of Chinese regional private law

After the regression of Hong Kong,Macao and Tai wan, China will be a country with regions applicable to different kinds of law.In the civil and commercial relationships concerning Hong Kong and Macao,it is natural to result in some conflicts,so it is necessary to solve the problems of the range of the application of the law.Therefore it is important to set rules for the Chinese regional private law.And from the situation of China,it is in great need to study the urgency of making the Chinese regional private law,to study the principles that it should adhere to and the fundamental contents it should include and to study the beginning and changing of Chinese regional private law.All these studies appear to be meaningful.
