| 摘 要： | 十六大在收入分配方面第一次提出各生产要素按贡献参与分配的原则.只有用市场化的手段才能衡量出各生产要素的贡献大小,使按贡献分配原则得到确立.同时,按贡献分配原则也要与按劳分配为主,多种分配方式并存的基本分配制度有机结合.

| Abstract: | The 16th committee of the CCP puts forward the principle of distribution according to contribution of the production factors for the first time. Only by means of market - oriented the contribution of all kinds of the production factors can be judged and the principle of distribution according to contribution can be established really. Besides, the principle of distribution according to contribution must be organically combined with the basic distribution system that gives first place to distribution according to work while multiple distribution ways exist side by side. |
