| 摘 要： | 证据的关联性是指证据必须同案件存在某种联系并因此对证明案情有实际意义。关联性被认为是证据的基本属性。对证据的关联性判断是证据判断和运用的首要问题。证据关联性判断属于事实判断问题，对证据相关性的判断主要内容是其证明性与实质性。
