| 摘 要： | 素质教育培养的是全面发展的人。而学校教育注重发展学生的知识目标,往往忽略对学生法律意识的培养。目前,青少年学生犯罪率很高,这不得不引起我们的高度警惕。对学生进行法制教育极为紧迫。
