关于非法用工及对策的思考

目前用人单位不依法与劳动者签订劳动合同的现象在一定范围存在。非法用工存在的主要原因是，用人单位为了赚取利润，通过各种手段肆意降低用工成本；另外，劳动者本身、政府管理方面也存在一定问题。解决非法用工的对策，就是要加强对劳动法、劳动合同法的宣传力度，特别是政府要加大对贯彻劳动法、劳动合同法的执法力度，使用人单位不敢、不想侵犯劳动者合法权益。
