农民权利:农民问题研究的逻辑起点

农民已经是影响中国建设和发展的一个根本性问题,也成了当代中国亟待解决的问题。权利问题是农民问题的根本问题,是农民问题研究的逻辑起点,是和谐社会建设的必要的路径。并且,对于当代中国来说,在理论上确立农民权利的至上的地位,使得农民实现从“义务到权利”、从身份到契约的转变,这是农民问题解决的根本理论范式。

Peasant Rights: the Logical Beginning of Studying Peasant Issues

The peasant issue has already been a fundamental problem affecting China's construction and development which needs to be resolved urgently in contemporary China.The question of rights is basic problem of the peasant issue and the logical beginning of studying peasant issue,as well as an inevitable way in constructing a harmonious society.Furthermore,regarding contemporary China,theoretically establishing the supreme status of peasant rights,making peasants realize the transformation from "the duty to the right" and from "the status to the contract",this kind of transformation is the basic theoretical model in solving the issue of peasant.
