| Abstract: | This thesis introduces the characteristics of specialized credit guarantee and its status quo in our country. It then discusses the problems existed in maritime guarantee practice. On the basis of the above, the merits of introducing specialized credit guarantee into maritime guarantee and the matters needing attention are expounded in the article. |
