检察官遴选制度研究

检察官是社会高度分工、司法进化的产物.检察官是执行法律监督的司法官员,它担负着专门法律监督的重任,因此,必须强化对这支队伍的管理.尤其是在我国检察官队伍的遴选还存在不足和缺陷时,建立科学的、规范的、有序的检察官遴选制度就显得更为紧迫和重要.要做好检察官遴选工作,不仅需要我们对现行检察官遴选的基本理论问题和相关配套措施进行冷静分析和理性反思,而且更应深刻剖析现行检察官遴选体制中存在的问题.

On the system of the Selection of Procurator

The procurator is a profession coming from social division of work and judicial evolution,who acts as the judicial offi- cial undertaking the responsibility of legal supervision,and therefore should be strictly administrated,especially where there are limitations within the selection of the procurators,establishment of a reasonable,standard and regular system of selection has more importance.It should not only nationally review and reflect basic theory and relevant measures of current system of the se- lection of procurator,but also parse its problems to ameliorate the selecting work of procurator.
