| Abstract: | This paqper analyzes the forms of local market disintegration and local protectionism in context of intergovernmental competition in China and the causes of,especially the institutional logic of their formulation.it summarizes the countermeasures as so far,points out their shortcomings and suggests some operational concepts of establishing a framework of rules governing the related market competition and intergovernmental competition in China. |
