| 摘 要： | 在创新中求活力、谋发展,是工会组织的优良作风。随着我国经济成分多元化、分配关系多样化、劳动关系契约化、劳动就业市场化等市场经济体制特征的日益显现,工会工作必须从观念上、制度上、重点工作上以及工作方法上实现创新,以适应形势发展的需要,更好地维护职工的切身利益。为构建以人为本、和谐文明的社会主义社会发挥积极作用。

| Abstract: | It is a good style of work for trade unions to strive for energy and seek development in innovations. With characteristics of market economy system, such as diversification of economic elements, verification of distribution relations, charterization of industrial relations and marketization of labor employment, have been shown day by day, trade union work must realize innovations in minds, systems, key work and working styles to adjust to the need of situational development, to better safeguard workers' immediate interests and to exert active roles to construct a socialist society with harmonious civilization by taking people as the center. |
