公安院校财务预算管理及风险防范

加强公安院校财务管理,是促进学校提高教学质量和科研水平,改善办学条件,增强学校竞争力的重要保证。针对目前公安院校财务预算管理及风险防范的现状,笔者认为:必须结合教育规律和办学实际,强化财务预算意识,提高财务预算的科学性,合理性和预见性,加强预算执行过程监控,提高资金使用效益,降低资金风险,确保资金安全。

On Finance Budgeting Management & Risks Elusion of the Public Security Academies

Enhancing financial management of the public security academies can greatly promote the teaching quality and scientific research levels of the academies.A better managed finance condition of the public security academy is one of important presuppositions to improve its teaching facilities as well as to increase competition capacities of the academy.The author focuses on a discussion of the current finance budgeting management and risks elusion situations at the public security academies.In the author's opinions,education rules should be integrated into reality on how to run a school in a good way.Awareness of finance budgeting should be emphasized to increase its rationality and planning.Usage of the budgets and the processes should be closely monitored to increase financial benefits.The budget risks should be reduced and the budget safety can be guaranteed.
