| 摘 要： | 1999年以来,俄罗斯经济出现经济转轨后的连年增长,社会经济形势出现复苏迹象.究其原因,除卢布贬值、世界石油市场价格上涨等短期因素以外,政策的完善、政局的稳定更是其中的关键.但在俄罗斯经济全面恢复的进程当中,经济结构不合理的痼疾、原料化和初级化的外贸结构、巨额的外债负担、极度贫乏的投资等经济困难使目前俄罗斯经济呈现摇摆在剃刀边缘上的增长.

| Abstract: | Since 1999,Russian economy has been growing year after year and economic recovery showing itself.The reason is that the perfect policies and the stable political situation are playing a key role,in addition to the ruble devaluation and the rising oil price in the world market.But,in the course of Russia's economic recovery,an unreasonable economic structure,export mix,external debt and a shortage investment make Russian economy grow on the edge of razor. |
