"一带一路"的国家政策和大数据产业向西部的倾斜为西部民族地区发展现代物流提供了良好的机遇和环境。在全面分析西部民族地区物流发展现状及困境的基础上,探讨了大数据应用的优势和机遇,进而提出基于大数据的西部民族地区物流云模式。该模式具备一体化物流云服务、物流系统开放共享、供应链共享金融及可持续发展的逆向物流等特性,旨在利用大数据资源解决西部物流资源分散及系统能力差等问题,以期为"一带一路"背景下西部民族地区物流行业转型和和模式创新提供决策依据。

Research on Logistics Cloud Model of Western Minority Areas based on Big Data under "the Belt and Road"

The policy of"the Belt and Road"and the tilt of big data industry provide good opportunities and environment for developing modern logistics in western minority areas.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and predicament of logistics development in western minority areas,this paper discusses the advantages and opportunities of big data application,and then proposes a logistics cloud model in Western Minority Areas on the basis of big data.This model has the features of integrated flow cloud services,systems open sharing,supply chain sharing finance and sustainable reverse logistics.It aims to solve the problems of western logistics resources dispersion and poor system capability by using big data resources,and to provide decision-making basis for the transformation and mode innovation of logistics industry in western minority areas under"the Belt and Road".
