| 摘 要： | 研究犯罪现场的定义,既是进一步深化侦查学研究的必要,同时对指导侦查实践也有实际意义。对犯罪现场进行分类,是为了更好地认识犯罪现场,为勘查服务。对犯罪现场的勘查既是侦查人员的权利,也是侦查人员的义务。
