| 摘 要： | 随着我国全球化、市场化和民主化的发展,服务型政府成为我国行政体制改革的重要目标,也日益成为社会各界关注的热点。如何实现由管制型政府向服务型政府转变,有待于从理论上作进一步探讨。本文从理论上界定了服务型政府的基本内涵,分析了构建服务型政府的基本取向,探索了服务型政府建设的有效机制。

| Abstract: | With the developement of globalization,marketization and democratization of our country,the servic government becomes an important goal of the reform of administrative system,and becomes inereasingly the focus followed with interst by coursociety.How torealize the transformation from controlling government to servic government remains to be discussed further.The essay demanates the basic concept of servic government in theory and analyses the basic direction of constracting servic government and epploves efficient mechanism of constructing servec government. |
