我国公共管理学科话语建构的现状与走向:一个文献计量分析的视角

为总结我国公共管理学科话语建构情况,把握未来发展趋势,对2007—2016年间,我国公共管理学科研究两大代表性期刊《中国行政管理》《公共管理学报》刊录文章进行抽样分析和评估。评估基于研究主体、研究内容、研究方法三个维度,探析了我国公共管理学科话语建构的总体概况,并讨论了其中可能存在的问题。研究认为,我国公共管理学科话语体系的建构应进一步扎根中国现实、立足时代和国际前沿,确立研究核心命题;应借助已有研究平台,打造若干具有竞争力的公共管理学科共同体;同时,还应加强对研究者群体方法论训练,促进学科研究的规范化。

The Current Situation and Trend of the Discipline Discourse Construction of Public Administration in China: A Bibliometric Perspective

In order to summarize the development of public administration in China in the past ten years. This research conducted a sampling analysis on two representative journals of public administration in China from 2007 to 2016. The evaluation is carried out from three aspects: research ’ s subject, research content and research method. This paper analyzes the basic contour of the development of public administration in China, and discussed the problems in the development of public administration in China. This paper believed that the research of public administration in China should be rooted in the reality of China, based on the times and the international frontier hotspots, and then establish the core proposition of the research. This paper also believed that we should using the existing research platform to build several competitive public administration research communities. Meanwhile, in order to promote the standardization of public administration researches in China, we should also strengthen the researchers’ methodology training.
