| 摘 要： | 当前新型政商关系的主要问题在于"亲",即"清"的问题已经随着形势的发展初步解决,探讨新型政商关系矛盾转化的原因,提出构建新型政商关系,必须坚持问题导向,指出实践新误区;必须坚持目标导向,找准思想观念新短板;必须坚持干事导向,谋划制度建设新路径。
