| Abstract: | This article is focused on the construction of multi - level financial markets, stressing the importance to develop over - the - counter market with the characteristics of Wuhan Metropolitan Circle and realize the combining development of private equity investment center and the new third - board market, which is aimed to finalize the Two -oriented Society through financial approach. It has also analyzed the necessity and feasibility to adopt such a measure. |
