| 摘 要： | 要建立公共服务型政府，我国政府所面临的重要任务可归纳为以下四个方面：政府组织再造，提高服务能力；推动公共服务理念的合法化，实现监督机制创新；激发顾客服务需求，建构公共服务的动力机制；培育合作伙伴，拓展第三部门与其他社会组织的公共参与领域。

| Abstract: | In order to build a public service-oriented government, our government is faced with the four following important tasks： transforming government functions and enhancing service capacity; promoting the legalization of public service and bringing about innovation in the supervision mechanism; stimulating customers＂ demand for services and building a dynamic mechanism of public service; nurturing partnership and expanding the public areas which the third sector and other social organizations participate in. |
