深化认识 理清思路 推动“三基”工程向纵深发展

“三基”工程建设开展以来,虽然取得了一些成绩,但仅仅是开头,还属于阶段性工作成效。“三基”工程建设任重道远,一是要继续深化对“三基”工程建设的重要性和紧迫性的认识,不断增强工作的自觉性和主动性;二是要破除陈旧观念,走出思想误区,用新的观念规范和引导“三基”工程建设;三是要以科学发展观为指导,理清思路,突出重点,确保“三基”工程健康发展。
